We collect the following kinds of information:

• Account details, such as your name, email, phone number and brokerage.
• Information you enter about your clients and deals.
• Information your clients submit through your forms, QR codes and open house sign ins.
• Basic usage and device information, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location.
• Messages you send us through our contact form.

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve ClozrAgent.
• Send account and transactional emails, such as confirmations and client updates.
• Power AI features inside your account.
• Process payments for your subscription.
• Keep the service safe and secure.

When you use AI features, your account data is used to generate suggestions inside your account, such as drafts, summaries and content ideas. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so you should review it before using it or sharing it with clients.

We share information with service providers that help us run ClozrAgent, including:

• Supabase, for hosting and our database.
• Stripe, for payments.
• Resend, for email delivery.
• AI service providers, to power AI features.

These providers may only use information to perform services for us. We do not sell personal information.

Agents decide how they use their clients' information in ClozrAgent. We process client information on the agent's behalf to provide the service. If you are a client of an agent who uses ClozrAgent, please contact that agent with questions about your information.

We use cookies and similar technologies, such as browser storage, to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time, and we will do so unless we need to keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

ClozrAgent is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

You can access, correct or delete your information by contacting us through the Contact page. You can also update many account details yourself in Settings.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know by email or in the app.
