Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of ClozrAgent. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ClozrAgent.

ClozrAgent is a CRM for real estate agents. It helps you manage buyer and seller pipelines, branded forms, open houses, tasks, commission tracking, analytics and AI tools. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.

• New accounts get a 30 day Elite Producer trial, and no credit card is required.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time, and there are no contracts.

When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change, and we will tell you before a change affects your bill.

You agree not to:

• Use ClozrAgent for anything illegal, harmful or fraudulent.
• Send spam or messages people did not agree to receive.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

You keep ownership of the content and client data you put into ClozrAgent. You give us permission to host, store and process it only as needed to run and improve the service for you.

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your business, including real estate, fair housing, privacy and messaging laws such as CAN SPAM and TCPA. You are also responsible for having the right to use the client information you enter and for getting any consent needed before you contact your clients.

AI features generate drafts, suggestions and content based on your data. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, so review it carefully before sharing it with clients or relying on it.

ClozrAgent relies on third party services, such as payment, email and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

ClozrAgent, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. These terms give you a limited right to use the service and do not transfer any ownership to you.

You can stop using ClozrAgent and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users.

ClozrAgent is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error free or fit for every purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClozrAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know by email or in the app. Continuing to use ClozrAgent means you accept the updated terms.
